In the event if need to cancel any upcoming appointments.. Please kindly give me a notice at least 24 hours in advance prior to scheduled appointments so that way I can open up the slot for another appointment. A cancellation comfirmation email will be sent over to you.
Any appointments that results in a same-day cancellation or no call no show, a 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointments. Deposit amount will be subtracted from the total service fee at time of payment after massage service on the day of the scheduled appointment.
-Deposit is fully refundable if appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance before scheduled appointment.
-Deposit is non-refundable if appointment is cancelled on the same day and if a no call, no show occurs on the day of scheduled appointment.
